Daily physical exercise in small bursts, changes us. The Daily Cardio Challenge will never drain your battery and, most days, it may not even make you sweat. It will, however, help your body adjust to daily bouts of cardiovascular activity. This brings about chemical changes in your bloodstream that begin to make themselves felt, at a cellular level, on your muscles. Before you know it you have a body that is capable of physical activity without much thinking or preparation. That is an achievement.
