DAREBEE Challenge: What it Works

It takes courage to take that first step in the right direction but it takes an iron will to keep on going. Take up the challenge and see it through - forge your will as you forge your muscles.

Every other day is a maintenance and recovery day with only 30 lunges. All reps are given in total so 30 lunges = 15 per leg. The total number of reps is a total for the day.
