DAREBEE Challenge: What it Works

Strength starts from the ground up - and this challenge is here to prove it.

The Lower Body & Core Challenge is a 30-day alternating workout program that targets your legs, glutes, and core. One day you’ll perform slow mountain climbers followed by a 10-count plank hold, completed in 3 sets with 30 seconds of rest between each. The next day is a full 60-second plank hold - which can be done in one go or broken into manageable chunks as needed.

Each climber day increases slightly in reps to build strength and endurance progressively. When doing slow climbers, focus on control and form - each left + right movement counts as two climbers. During plank holds, keep your core tight and your body aligned. Stick with it, and in just 30 days, you’ll feel stronger, more stable, and more powerful from the core down.
