Push-Up Streak is a 30-day upper body challenge designed to build strength, endurance and consistency through daily push-ups. Every day comes with a target number of total reps. You can do any type of push-up that works for you - standard, incline, knee, wall - as long as you use good form. The goal is simple: show up every day and complete the number on the calendar. By the end of the month you’ll have trained chest, shoulders, triceps and core hundreds of times and built a habit you can feel.
You don't have to do all the reps in one go unless you want to. You can break them into sets, spread them throughout the day, or “chip away” at the total whenever you get a moment. For example, if the target is 60 push-ups, you can do 6 sets of 10, 12 sets of 5 or 1 push-up every few minutes until you hit your number. It all counts as long as you reach the day’s total before the day is over. On Day 30, test yourself: do one max set in a single go and write down your score.
Form matters more than speed. Keep your body in a straight line from shoulders to heels (or knees, if you’re doing knee push-ups), lower until your elbows bend to about 90 degrees, and press back up fully. If you need to make it easier, elevate your hands on a wall, table or counter. If you want more challenge, slow the tempo or pause at the bottom. Listen to your body and adjust as needed - no skipped days, just smart scaling.
