



RESET is a low-impact, high-discipline 30-day challenge designed to ground you, energize you, and get you moving with purpose - no equipment needed. You’ll alternate daily between jumping jacks to raise your heart rate and boost coordination, and wall-sits to build strength, endurance, and mental grit.
Jumping jack days include 3 sets of 30 seconds with short rests, keeping you light and energized. Wall-sit days gradually increase in time - from 40 seconds to a full 3 minutes - pushing your lower-body endurance and mental focus to new heights.
