New workouts are added Monday through Thursday every week. A new challenge goes live at the end of each month. A new program drops every two months. How-to videos are recorded and published on Mondays and Fridays. And beyond the new additions, existing content is reviewed and updated on a daily basis - so even older workouts and programs get attention over time.

It adds up to a significant amount of content being created and maintained by a very small team. If you visit regularly, there's always something new to find - and if you haven't checked in for a while, there's a good chance something you'll love has been added since your last visit.
