Our Workout of the Day isn’t just picked at random - there’s a method to the madness. Each week is planned so you get a little bit of everything your body needs: strength work, cardio, abs and core training, balance, and flexibility. We mix it up so the workouts complement each other, giving your body time to recover while still making progress. At least twice a week you’ll get active recovery days with lighter, feel-good sessions. Some days you’ll find combat workouts or HIIT in the mix - even seasonal surprises - to keep things fresh.

The WOD changes with the time of year, too. When it’s hot, you’ll see more lighter sessions with the occasional challenge. Around the holidays, we go for workouts that fit the season in both theme and training load. After the New Year, we ease you back in with moderate sessions, then ramp things up toward spring with more cardio, metcon, and HIIT.

If you love variety and don’t want to follow a fixed plan, you can stick with the Workout of the Day forever and still get balanced, full-body training. Most WODs also have how-to videos so you can nail your form (stretching and yoga are the exception - illustrations are usually enough).
