Yes, you can - and we do read them. The best place to submit a workout or program request is in the Community, in the feedback section. Post it there and it goes into the pool of ideas the team looks at when planning new content.
We can't guarantee every request will be made - there are a lot of ideas and a limited amount of time - but requests do influence what gets built. Several workouts and programs on DAREBEE exist because someone asked for them. So it's always worth putting it out there.
The Community is also a good place to see if someone else has already requested the same thing, and to find out if something similar already exists in the catalog. With thousands of workouts, it's possible what you're looking for is already there.
