The Maverick Workout Plan is for those who show up every single day - not because they have to, but because stopping is not in their nature. Six training days hit every major physical quality: strength, intensity, agility, and endurance. Sunday pulls it back with active recovery so you are always ready to go again on Monday. Relentless, balanced, and built to last.

Instructions

  1. Use the database to find a workout that matches the type assigned for the day.
  2. Set the difficulty level (1 to 5) to match your current fitness level.
  3. Pick a workout and complete it on Level I, II, or III, depending on how much time and energy you have.

Sunday is active recovery - keep it gentle. A yoga sequence or stretching routine is all you need. Let your body absorb the week before you do it all again.
