This page is for journalists, bloggers, and anyone writing about DAREBEE. Everything on it is free to quote, use, and republish. If you need something that isn't here, just ask.

The short version: DAREBEE is a non-profit, ad-free, independent global fitness resource. Since 2012 it has offered free workouts, training programs, monthly challenges, and fitness guides that require no gym, no equipment, and no sign-up. Everything is original, created and tested in-house, and none of it sits behind a paywall. DAREBEE carries no advertising and no sponsored content - it is supported entirely by donations from the people who use it. You are welcome to use that paragraph word for word.

The facts: DAREBEE launched in 2012 and has been free every day since. The library holds thousands of workouts, alongside structured programs, monthly challenges, and how-to videos. New workouts are added Monday through Thursday, a new challenge arrives at the end of every month, and a new program every two months. The resource is run by a small team of volunteers and fitness professionals. There are no ads, no sponsored posts, no product placements - and there never have been.

Who uses it: Navy SEALs and students. Busy parents fitting in ten minutes before the kids wake up. Athletes, beginners, people coming back after years away, people starting for the very first time. Thousands of people begin their day here.

Why it exists: the goal has always been the same - make fitness accessible to anyone, anywhere, regardless of budget, background, or fitness level. No barriers. No conditions.

Images and visuals: you are welcome to use workout posters and screenshots from the site to illustrate coverage of DAREBEE. Please credit DAREBEE and link back to darebee.com, and please don't alter the visuals or use them to imply we endorse a product or service. We don't endorse anything - it's kind of our thing.

Logo: you can download the DAREBEE logo as an SVG (scales to any size, best for print), JPG or a PNG (transparent background, best for web). Please use it as is - don't stretch it, recolor it, or add effects to it.

About the founder: DAREBEE was created by Neila Rey, who began sharing her own no-equipment workouts online in 2012. As the project grew from a personal site into a team effort, it was renamed DAREBEE - because no single person should be bigger than a great idea. Neila still leads the project today.

Grateful for your promise in keeping this site accessible and free for people of all fitness levels & goals around the world. Found Darebee some time years ago and used to just save the workouts and then forget about them somewhere in my documents & to do later lists 😅 but coming back to the site this year I loved the organised/simple layout & navigation of the site with full workout video at bottom to see proper form and notes to make things easier or harder depending on your fitness/energy aswell as an extensive exercise library with joint friendly alternatives. I found it much easier to track/check off completed workouts & days on program/plan on dashboard, was more likely to remember & do it + advanced filter made it quick to find a doable workout. As a tiny way to support this site I made account and use the site exclusively for exercises now, will look to donate when I can 🙏🏽 and would recommend it to all I talk to regarding fitness. Thank you Darebee team for the great job you've all done here and keep up the good work. Blessings to you all.

I love the pictures, the variety, the amount of time it takes to complete a workout and how you can mix and match if you have a lot of energy or only repeat 3 times if you don’t feel like exercising. The website is awesome and I recommend it whenever I talk about fitness with other people. I cannot thank Darebee enough for how much this project has helped me in having a solid exercise routine and how to deal with exercise when tired, injured or when I don’t have much time.
