Day 15 hands the arm minute to the deltoids. Arm circles anchor slots one, three and five; side shoulder taps, chest expansions and arm extensions rotate between them. One minute of work, one of rest, 3, 5 or 7 sets by level - and for nearly the entire sixty seconds, your arms are parallel to the floor.
On Day 5 arm circles were the closer, the sting in the last ten seconds. Promoting them to the anchor changes the whole character of the session: three separate bursts of circling means the shoulders return to that held-out position again and again, and everything in between keeps them at altitude - taps sweeping from shoulders to wide, expansions pulling open to a shoulder-blade squeeze, extensions sweeping the level arms forward and out as drawn. The minute is a study in what shoulder height costs when you are never allowed to come down from it.
Keep the circles tight and the arms dead level - as fatigue builds, circles want to grow sloppy and sag, and the whole session lives in not letting them. Full range on the taps and expansions, with the squeeze between the shoulder blades finishing every expansion rep. Through the extensions, the arms stay straight and level, moving with intent rather than drifting.
Day 5 saved this position for last - Day 15 makes it home.
Make it Harder: Spread your fingers and press outward through your fingertips for the whole minute - reach makes the position heavier.
Make it Easier: Give yourself a two-second arm drop at every burst change, then come straight back up.
