Day 65 is a lighter day called an energy boost: five standing moves, 14 reps each, one pass through. Arm raises, chest expansions, half jacks, side bends and forward bends. No sets, no rest timer, 70 reps in total, all done standing and none of them hard.
This is a wake-up sequence rather than a workout. Arm raises lift both straight arms from the sides to overhead and lower them. Chest expansions sweep the arms from wide to crossed in front of the chest and back, squeezing the shoulder blades on the way out. Half jacks jump the feet apart and together with the arms staying down, a jumping jack without the arms. Side bends reach one arm down the side of the leg and back up, 14 total, 7 per side. Forward bends fold from the hips with the hands behind the head and stand back up. Shoulders, chest, legs, waist, back: five directions in five minutes.
Keep the arms straight on the raises and the shoulders down. Alternate which arm crosses on top in the chest expansions. Land the half jacks softly. Bend directly sideways on the side bends without twisting or leaning forward. In the forward bend, hinge from the hips with the back flat and the knees soft, and rise by squeezing the glutes.
Easy on purpose: seventy reps to switch the body on, and that is the whole job.
Make it Harder: Not today; this card is fuel, not load, and if it feels like too little, run the five moves through a second time at the same easy pace.
Make it Easier: Do 8 reps of each and step the half jacks instead of jumping.
