Day 67 is a full body circuit with the Day 31 leg work at the new count, and plank rotations and punches in place of the walk-outs: 14 reverse lunges, 8 side-to-side lunges, 8 kneeling squats, 14 shoulder taps, 8 plank rotations and 14 punches. Six moves in order is one set, up to 2 minutes rest, 3, 5 or 7 sets by level.
Three leg moves, two plank moves, then punches to finish. Reverse lunges at 14 means 7 per leg. Side-to-side lunges shift low across 8 times, 4 per side. Kneeling squats sit back to the heels and rise, 8 times, arms reaching. Then the plank: shoulder taps, 7 per hand, and rotations, 4 per side, turning the whole body toward the ceiling and back. Punches close the set with 14, the only exercise on the card that lets the legs and shoulders both rest a little.
Reverse lunges with the back knee to a hover and the front shin upright. Side-to-side lunges staying low as they shift. Kneeling squats with the hips driving forward on the way up. Shoulder taps hips still; rotations with the supporting arm straight and the top hand reaching high. Punches with the shoulder turning in, fists back to the chin.
Legs, plank, fists: the third-month version of a full body day, and every part gets its turn.
Make it Harder: Pause at the top of every plank rotation for a 2-count with the arm fully extended.
Make it Easier: Cut the reverse lunges and shoulder taps to 8 and leave the rest as printed.
