Military Fit Plus is a circuit training fitness program based on a 30-day functional fitness course. It focuses on full body workouts for maximum body strength and functional muscle building. The program is designed for open & small spaces, routines can be performed at home or on a track & field with a group. Workouts follow classic military conditioning with the modern accent focusing on function and endurance for optimum athletic performance. Circuits include at-home cardio with alternative running options, designed to improve agility and speed.
This version of Military Fit includes equipment based workouts. You will need a sandbag - recommended weight over 16kg (~32lb). And you will also need a pair of dumbbells - recommended weight 7.5kg (~15lb). This program is suitable for both men and women and it is not recommended for anyone new to training in general. The program is tough but if you survive all 30 days you will see yourself transform.
