Always Be Leveling alternates between precise strength work and a single burpee that acts as a full-body reset between rounds. The lunges train your legs, knee control and balance - keep your heels down and your hips square throughout. The bicep extensions are not just an arm exercise - keeping your elbows high brings your upper back and shoulders into the work, which helps with posture. Then one burpee: go to the floor with control, come back up tall, ribs down, eyes forward. That is your checkpoint before the next round begins.

The structure is the point. Each round teaches your body to move carefully, reset completely and then go again. The lunges build single-leg balance and control. The extensions clean up your shoulder position. The burpee connects everything - it asks your whole body to work together in one smooth movement. Minimal reps, but each one has a job.
