DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Running is the art of throwing ourselves at the ground, and missing. The strength of the tendons, satellite muscles and kinetic chain we employ when we run is key to making running appear effortless and coordinated. Better Runner is a workout that targets exactly these muscle groups. It will increase endurance, speed and coordination. And it also helps with cardiovascular health.
