DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Upper body strength is what makes us capable of throwing balls faster, swinging rackets harder, throwing punches with more power and carrying shopping bags without feeling we need a pit stop. Biceps and triceps are a large component of upper body strength. As you'd expect the Biceps & Triceps workout lives up to its name by working out biceps and triceps. 'Nuff said. 
Extra Credit: Use 8kg+ (16lb+) dumbbells minimum.
