DAREBEE Workout: What it Works

Built For Battle blends combat-style moves with core stability so you feel athletic, sharp, and hard to knock off your line. You start grounded with squat + knee strikes, driving power from the floor through the hips, then switch to side kicks where balance and hip control decide how clean the rep looks. When your legs are lit, the workout drops you straight into planks - rotations, a timed hold, and shoulder taps - forcing your trunk to stay braced while your limbs move like independent tools.

The transitions are a tactical rhythm change: stand and strike, then hit the deck and stabilize, then stand again and punch from a squat hold when your legs are already loaded. That last piece is sneakily brilliant - it teaches you to keep posture and breathing steady while your arms work fast. Expect strong legs, steadier shoulders, and a core that gets better at resisting twist, sway, and collapse. Stay crisp: chamber the kicks, control the plank rotations, and make the punches quick without letting the squat drift upward.

Extra Credit: Count to 20 when holding the plank.
