DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
It requires the entire body to properly power the movement of a single limb. With that in mind, the Can't Touch This! workout strengthens tendons, ligaments, core and support muscle groups as well as tackling the body's main muscle groups. Despite it being a difficulty level II workout it will still make you feel every second you spend doing it. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
