Capricorn is a grounded, earthy circuit that targets the legs and core with balanced doses of strength and plyometrics. Alternating sets of reverse lunges build stability through your hips and quads, while climbers raise your heart rate and engage your abs. Two explosive jump squats mid‑circuit add a jolt of power before dropping you back into climbers, then you finish each round with a hollow‑body hold that fires up your entire core.

This routine is deceptively simple but forces you to stay focused. The quick switches from unilateral lunges to jumping and then to static holds develop both muscular endurance and control. It’s a great session when you want a lower-body burn with a cardio boost and core finisher - all in a compact format you can do anywhere.

Extra Credit: Increase the hollow‑body hold to a 20‑count and add two extra jump squats to each set.
