Core Reset is a short, focused core workout that trains your midsection to stabilize and hold position, not just crunch and release. The sequence moves between controlled exercises and short holds so your core has to stay braced while your body is moving. The leg circles train your lower abs and hip flexors to move your leg while your pelvis stays completely still - focus on smooth, clean circles rather than big ones. The holds in between give your brace a chance to settle: ribs down, lower back long, breathing steady.
The second half balances the work front to back. Back extensions and their holds wake up your spinal muscles, glutes and upper back so your core is strong in all directions, not just at the front. Plank rotations add shoulder stability and train your obliques and deep core muscles to work together while your body rotates. Keep the range small and the tempo controlled - this workout rewards precision, not effort.
Core Reset is not dramatic ab work. It is a tune-up - and everything you do after it will feel a little better because of it.
