Crafted is a small, focused upper-body build session where every rep is meant to look clean, feel intentional, and leave a mark. Chest rows start the set by bringing the upper back and shoulders into position, teaching you to pull with control and keep the chest tall instead of letting posture fold. From there the workout shifts into lateral raises, which are all about smooth tension and shoulder stability, not swinging the weights. The transition from pulling to raising is deliberate, it keeps the shoulder girdle balanced so the work feels strong instead of cranky.
Then you finish with overhead tricep extensions, which take that stabilized shoulder position and ask your arms to do focused, honest work. The order matters: row to set your posture, raise to build control, extend to finish with precision. Keep your core braced, shoulders down, and elbows tracking cleanly, and this becomes one of those workouts where “light weight, perfect form” hits harder than it has any right to. You’re not just training muscles here, you’re training mechanics.
