Side kicks open the session with hip mobility and balance - each kick asks your standing leg to hold steady while the other drives out with control. Squat hold punches follow, keeping your legs under tension while your upper body works, which is exactly as hard as it sounds. Knee strikes bring the intensity up, training fast, powerful hip flexion with your whole body behind it.
Then the floor arrives. Push-up crunches combine a push-up with a knee tuck, connecting chest and core strength in a single movement.
