Daily Spark is a wake-up protocol - something quick to tell your body it is time to move. Jumping jacks raise your heart rate, arm circles mobilize the shoulders and upper back, and the order keeps the blood flowing without overloading any single area. It is perfect for mornings, work breaks, study breaks or pre-warm-up before a bigger workout.

Keep transitions short. Go from jacks to circles and back to jacks without wandering off. If your shoulders are tight, make the circles a little smaller at first, then increase the range. Done daily, this helps posture, circulation and overall energy. It is the kind of routine that takes almost no time but pays off if you repeat it often.
