DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
As the year draws to an end there's still time to get some exercise in with The Final Countdown workout. Perfect, of course, not just for the end of the year when perhaps a lighter than usual workout is required but also for the end of any day when there isn't much energy left but we still need to get a workout in, to keep our body humming. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
