DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Increased flexibility is one of the direct physical benefits of Yoga and in this Darebee Yoga Week workout we look at some of the stretching exercises we can do for arms, shoulders, back, legs and glutes. Each of the exercises helps elongate the muscles, align the joints and help the joints fall easier into place. Try and get as much of each stretch as you possibly can.
