Imperator is a full-body workout that combines striking, lower-body strength and core control into one commanding round. Palm strikes open and anchor the first half, training fast upper-body coordination and trunk rotation while your legs stay active underneath. Pulse squats keep your quads and glutes under constant tension between the strike sequences. Knee strikes add power and hip drive, connecting your core to your lower body with every rep. Calf raises arrive as a quiet but effective finisher for the legs - small movement, real burn, especially after everything that came before.
The floor section closes the round with intention. A 10-count side plank hold on each side builds lateral core strength and shoulder stability. Plank rotations in between train your obliques and deep core to control rotation under load. The holds bracket the rotations the same way a strong stance brackets a strike - stable on both sides, powerful in the middle.
Imperator is a workout that trains you to be controlled, strong and precise from first rep to last. The name sets the standard. The workout delivers it.
