Knight is a full-body workout that combines lower-body strength with upper-body endurance and control. The lunges work the quads, glutes, and hips while also helping improve balance and leg stability. The side-to-side lunges add a different kind of challenge by making the inner thighs and glutes work harder and teaching the body to move well in more than one direction. The hold positions keep the legs under tension for longer, which builds strength, stamina, and mental focus at the same time.

The upper-body section adds shoulder and arm work without making the routine complicated. The shoulder taps help build control through the shoulders and upper back, while the elbow clicks keep the arms active and encourage steady movement through the top half of the body.
