DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Focus: Fullbody
Type: Strength
Difficulty: level 3 of 5

Resolute is a no-impact circuit shaped like its name: unhurried, unglamorous, and unwilling to quit before the job is done. Squat side leg raises and calf raises open the legs at 10 reps each, then the middle of the circuit settles into its real work - arm scissors, arm raises and arm circles at 20 reps apiece, sixty consecutive reps of keeping your arms up and moving. Forward bends close it at 10, folding everything back to neutral. No equipment, no jumping, no drama. Just follow-through.

The structure front-loads strength and then tests resolve. Squat side leg raises are the most demanding station - a full squat rising into a lateral leg lift, hitting thighs, glutes and outer hips in one two-part rep - placed first while you are fresh. Calf raises then quiet things down before the arm block begins. That middle block is where the name earns itself: scissors, raises and circles are individually easy, but stacked at 20 each with no break between stations, they turn the shoulders into an endurance project. The burn arrives around halfway through the second station and simply stays. Nothing about it is hard except continuing, which is rather the definition of resolute. The forward bends at the end are the exhale - spine and hamstrings lengthening after all that holding.

In the squat side leg raises, finish the squat completely before the leg lifts, and lift strictly sideways with your torso tall rather than tipping away. Pause at the top of each calf raise. Through the arm block, keep your arms long and your shoulders away from your ears - when the burn suggests shrinking the movements, make them deliberately full-sized instead; smaller reps are the quiet quit this workout exists to train out. Fold into the forward bends with soft knees and hang for a breath at the bottom.

Resolve is not the roar at the start - it is rep fifty-three of sixty, done at full size, and this circuit knows exactly where to look for it.

Make it Harder: Hold the top of each squat side leg raise for a 2-count.

Make it Easier: Cut the arm block to 10 reps per station and keep the leg work as written.

Grateful for your promise in keeping this site accessible and free for people of all fitness levels & goals around the world. Found Darebee some time years ago and used to just save the workouts and then forget about them somewhere in my documents & to do later lists 😅 but coming back to the site this year I loved the organised/simple layout & navigation of the site with full workout video at bottom to see proper form and notes to make things easier or harder depending on your fitness/energy aswell as an extensive exercise library with joint friendly alternatives. I found it much easier to track/check off completed workouts & days on program/plan on dashboard, was more likely to remember & do it + advanced filter made it quick to find a doable workout. As a tiny way to support this site I made account and use the site exclusively for exercises now, will look to donate when I can 🙏🏽 and would recommend it to all I talk to regarding fitness. Thank you Darebee team for the great job you've all done here and keep up the good work. Blessings to you all.

I found Darebee in 2014 and since then I’ve been using it on and off until 2024, when I decided to base all my workouts on Darebee alone. I love the pictures, the variety, the amount of time it takes to complete a workout and how you can mix and match if you have a lot of energy or only repeat 3 times if you don’t feel like exercising. The website is awesome and I recommend it whenever I talk about fitness with other people. I cannot thank Darebee enough for how much this project has helped me in having a solid exercise routine and how to deal with exercise when tired, injured or when I don’t have much time.
