DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Seated Mobility is a great workout to use to help activate your upper body, get your cardiovascular system going and improve your circulation and fitness. Perfect for virtually any part of the day it is also great for home workers who need a few minutes to reset their physiological state and clear their mind. Add EC and it becomes harder.  
Extra Credit: Hold each stretch for 1 minute each.
