DAREBEE Workout: What it Works

Shaolin Morning Flow is loose movement on purpose - the “boneless” feeling where everything swings, opens, and resets without stiffness or snapping. You cycle through hops, arm circles, chest expansions, twists, hip rotations (double and single), and leg swings, building warmth while teaching your joints to glide through range instead of clunking into it. It’s a wake-up call for your entire frame, but it speaks in calm sentences.

Think of it as mobility with rhythm: shoulders get space, ribs rotate, hips lubricate, and your gait mechanics wake up without needing intensity. Keep it relaxed, keep it continuous, and let the movements travel through you rather than stopping at the edges. The goal is smooth control, not stretch pain and not speed. Also, it’s worth checking out the video how-to below on the page so the rotations and swings look as fluid as they’re meant to feel.

Extra Credit: Do it barefoot if comfortable and focus on quiet, grounded feet.
