DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Focus: Fullbody
Type: Strength
Difficulty: level 3 of 5

Shapeshifter is a workout that never stays in one form for long. Bear crawls flow into side plank holds, shoulder taps, slow climbers, a child's pose hold and an upward-facing stretch - nine stations that keep morphing your body from one shape to the next while your shoulders and core absorb the cost of every transformation.

The recurring bear crawl is the spine of the session, appearing three times to reset the pattern: hips high, knees hovering, moving on all fours - a position that demands coordination between opposite limbs while everything in between stays braced. After each crawl, the workout changes shape. First a side plank, loading one oblique chain at a time. Then a plank block of shoulder taps and slow climbers that strips away contact points and forces anti-rotation. Finally, the trick ending: the last two holds are a folded child's pose and an upward stretch - the workout shifts one more time, from work into recovery, lengthening everything it just spent three rounds contracting.

In the bear crawl, keep your knees an inch off the floor and your back flat enough to balance a cup on - small steps, no swaying. Stack your shoulders and hips in the side plank rather than letting your hips sag toward the floor. During the final two holds, breathe deliberately and sink into the stretch; recovery is a skill too.

Nine shapes per set. The form keeps changing. The effort never does.

Make it Harder: Double every 10-count to a 20-count.

Make it Easier: Perform the side plank from your knees and shorten the bear crawls.

I appreciate the flexibility of levels and types of workouts and the amazing amount of content being offered for free. The amount and variety of content is overwhelming to start but the filters really help narrow everything down. And if I still can't make a decision, the monthly challenges and daily movements are a great start. One of my favorite features is the video exercise library. When I'm not sure how to do a movement or exercise correctly, it's easy to find and watch a quick tutorial. (The dashboard and ability to create sorted bookmarks of favorite workouts are also very helpful)

I have always wanted to find a place that would meet me at my level wherever I am, encourage me to stay motivated, fit in my busy schedule, not require a gym membership, offer variety, be fun, help me feel like part of a team without leaving my house, and still be affordable. That has been my dream. So Darebee.com makes my dream a reality. It does all that and more. I would highly, highly recommend this site to absolutely anyone.

Yes, the workouts are awesome and I like them very much. They are easy to understand and don't require much knowledge so you can simply start working out. BUT what I think is at least as great is the design and functionality of the website. It is just so clean and well organized. I love the filter functions, they work very well and you can find exactly what you need in seconds. Also the bookmark feature is just awesome! The way you can organize the bookmarks, create different collections and sort them so efficiently is very thoughtful and way better than I have seen it on many bigger platforms. I think it is just an example where one can see that the Darebee team not only strives to create the best workouts but for excellence on every level. Tank you! You are doing an awesome job!
