DAREBEE Workout: What it Works

Steady Steps is a low-drama, high-payoff cardio circuit that keeps you moving while polishing coordination and shoulder mobility. You cycle through step half jacks and side jacks to keep the legs ticking, then thread in “step + arms” patterns (bicep extensions, seal jacks, and T raises) so your upper body stays involved instead of just coming along for the ride. The repeated blocks make it easy to lock into rhythm, and the arm patterns keep your posture upright as fatigue tries to pull you forward.

The transitions are intentionally gentle: everything stays standing, footwork is simple, and the movement quality comes from consistency rather than impact. That makes it great for building aerobic capacity, warming up without frying yourself, or getting steps in when you still want a structured workout feel. Expect a steady heart rate climb, warmer shoulders, and hips that feel more fluid from the side-to-side work. Keep your breathing smooth, make the arms deliberate, and aim for “steady” to mean controlled, not lazy.

Extra Credit: Add a 10-count “T hold” on the last rep of step Ts.
