DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Focus: Upperbody
Type: Strength
Difficulty: level 1 of 5

Triceps is a single-minded arm workout that solves the no-equipment triceps problem with pure, relentless volume. Arm back extensions, arm circles, arm extensions, arm scissors and scissor chops - five exercises, twenty reps each, one hundred reps per set, all aimed at the muscle that makes up roughly two thirds of your upper arm and gets a fraction of the attention.

The method here is deliberate: without weights, triceps respond to accumulated time under tension, and every exercise keeps the arms extended and working against their own weight from a different angle. Arm back extensions open the session with direct triceps work - arms straight behind you, squeezing at the top, the exact motion of a cable pressdown in reverse. Arm circles then load the arms held out at shoulder height, where twenty slow rotations feel considerably longer than they sound. Extensions, scissors and chops keep the arms parallel to the floor while changing the movement pattern, so the fatigue never resets and the burn compounds from one exercise to the next. One hundred reps with no rest between them does what a dumbbell would - it just spreads the price across the whole set.

Keep your arms fully straight in the back extensions and lift them as high behind you as your shoulders allow - the squeeze at the top is the rep. Make the circles small and controlled rather than sweeping. In every parallel-to-the-floor exercise, the rule is altitude: the moment your arms drop below shoulder height, the triceps clock out and the workout stops working.

Two thirds of your arm, one hundred reps of attention. The horseshoe is earned in the details.

Make it Harder: Add a two-second squeeze at the end of every arm back extension.

Make it Easier: Drop each exercise to ten reps and shake your arms out between them.

I appreciate the flexibility of levels and types of workouts and the amazing amount of content being offered for free. The amount and variety of content is overwhelming to start but the filters really help narrow everything down. And if I still can't make a decision, the monthly challenges and daily movements are a great start. One of my favorite features is the video exercise library. When I'm not sure how to do a movement or exercise correctly, it's easy to find and watch a quick tutorial. (The dashboard and ability to create sorted bookmarks of favorite workouts are also very helpful)

I have always wanted to find a place that would meet me at my level wherever I am, encourage me to stay motivated, fit in my busy schedule, not require a gym membership, offer variety, be fun, help me feel like part of a team without leaving my house, and still be affordable. That has been my dream. So Darebee.com makes my dream a reality. It does all that and more. I would highly, highly recommend this site to absolutely anyone.

Yes, the workouts are awesome and I like them very much. They are easy to understand and don't require much knowledge so you can simply start working out. BUT what I think is at least as great is the design and functionality of the website. It is just so clean and well organized. I love the filter functions, they work very well and you can find exactly what you need in seconds. Also the bookmark feature is just awesome! The way you can organize the bookmarks, create different collections and sort them so efficiently is very thoughtful and way better than I have seen it on many bigger platforms. I think it is just an example where one can see that the Darebee team not only strives to create the best workouts but for excellence on every level. Tank you! You are doing an awesome job!
