DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Walk With Me is a low-impact workout that helps your body improve its aerobic and cardiovascular fitness without tiring you out. As a difficulty level II workout it is suitable for everyone. The better you feel you are, of course, the more you will have to do which is why there is always EC. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
