Each pose is held for 30 seconds before transitioning to the next, creating a calming rhythm that relaxes your nervous system. This flow opens your hips, gently stretches your spine, and encourages mindful breathing throughout.
Whether you need a break during the day or a pre-sleep cooldown, Zen Mode brings you back to center. Repeat the sequence on both sides to balance your practice and finish feeling lighter, calmer, and recharged.
Extra Credit: Hold each pose for 60 seconds instead of 30.
