    Cardio Go! Program

    We are rolling out a new 30-day program towards the end of the month.

    It's a level 2 program, suitable for all fitness levels and it is a good replacement for running. It's not always possible to go for a run due to weather conditions or safety concerns. Cardio Go! is the alternative. It's simple, low impact, there are no moves that require you to get down on floor (no burpees! yay?) and every day is long enough to get at least 30 minutes of moderate activity in. It may get a bit repetitive at times but on the plus side, you can even do it in front of the TV.

    Each day, every day requires you to do 7 sets. You can do more or you can do fewer, it's your call. The program is similar to Full Circuit in structure but it's a lot less intense. All sets are timed so there is no need to count reps - just set the timer and... GO!

    The program will be released on February 25th.

      This really helps me deal with the repetitive nature of the longer workouts. My brain does not like to spend 30 minutes counting!

                    I am posting it here as this is the only part of the Hive that I have access to. When I click on any other part of it I see „Patching, we'll be back in a buzz”.

                          Thank you Darebee! I am just finishing the programs "Foudation Light" and "Back and Core", and was looking for another program in addition to "Foudation". I have sore feet, so it is difficult for me to perform Jumping Jack and similar jumps. I hope they are not in the new program.

                            Will it involve lots of jumping? I could go for a no jump, no run ccardio program. Maybe switch jumping movements for burpees (yes, I have no self love).
