DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Focus: Upperbody
Type: Strength
Difficulty: level 4 of 5

50 Push-Ups is a chest and shoulder workout with an honest name and a sneaky ledger. Each round contains ten push-ups - four, four, then two - broken up by twenty chest expansions, twenty bicep extensions and twenty side shoulder taps. Repeat the round five times and the push-up total quietly reaches fifty, without a single set ever feeling impossible.

The structure is an accumulation strategy, and it is smarter than a max-effort grind. Small push-up sets keep every rep crisp - full depth, tight body line, no collapsing halfway through a set of twenty. The high-rep arm work in between is not filler: chest expansions pull the shoulders through the exact opposite motion of a push-up, keeping the chest open and the shoulder blades mobile, while bicep extensions and side shoulder taps accumulate endurance in the arms and delts without draining pushing strength. The genius is that your chest never fully recovers between push-up sets, so fifty distributed reps produce more total stimulus than most people get from three big sets to failure.

Treat every push-up as a moving plank - chest and hips descend together, and the chest leads the way up. Keep the standing arm work honest: arms parallel to the floor, full range, no drooping as the reps climb. If the last two push-ups of a round feel easy, you have found proof the structure is working - not permission to rush.

Fifty push-ups, paid in small installments. The total is real even if it never felt like it.

Make it Harder: Slow every push-up to a three-second descent.

Make it Easier: Do the push-ups on your knees and keep everything else the same.

Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.

I appreciate the flexibility of levels and types of workouts and the amazing amount of content being offered for free. The amount and variety of content is overwhelming to start but the filters really help narrow everything down. And if I still can't make a decision, the monthly challenges and daily movements are a great start. One of my favorite features is the video exercise library. When I'm not sure how to do a movement or exercise correctly, it's easy to find and watch a quick tutorial. (The dashboard and ability to create sorted bookmarks of favorite workouts are also very helpful)

I have always wanted to find a place that would meet me at my level wherever I am, encourage me to stay motivated, fit in my busy schedule, not require a gym membership, offer variety, be fun, help me feel like part of a team without leaving my house, and still be affordable. That has been my dream. So Darebee.com makes my dream a reality. It does all that and more. I would highly, highly recommend this site to absolutely anyone.

Yes, the workouts are awesome and I like them very much. They are easy to understand and don't require much knowledge so you can simply start working out. BUT what I think is at least as great is the design and functionality of the website. It is just so clean and well organized. I love the filter functions, they work very well and you can find exactly what you need in seconds. Also the bookmark feature is just awesome! The way you can organize the bookmarks, create different collections and sort them so efficiently is very thoughtful and way better than I have seen it on many bigger platforms. I think it is just an example where one can see that the Darebee team not only strives to create the best workouts but for excellence on every level. Tank you! You are doing an awesome job!
