Standing punches build speed and shoulder endurance. Plank punches force the core to stabilize the entire body while one arm fires forward, turning every strike into a full anti-rotation challenge. Overhead punches drive through the upper traps and deltoids at an angle most workouts never touch. Sit-up and sitting punches light up the abs and hip flexors while keeping the arms working, so there's no dead time anywhere in the circuit.

The swarm never stops. Each variation targets the same pushing and striking muscles from a different position, which means fatigue accumulates without any single station becoming the obvious weak link. By the time you're throwing punches mid-sit-up, your shoulders have been working continuously and your core has been under load the whole time.
