Burrito Mode is your license to stay on the floor and still call it training. This slow, grounded sequence focuses on gentle hip openers, lower-back release and soothing twists, all done lying down so the rest of you can melt into the mat. Each 30-second hold helps undo the damage from long days, desk time and stress-tight muscles by inviting your body to soften instead of forcing it to stretch. It’s a reset button in yoga form - minimal effort, maximum comfort, full cosy “wrapped in a tortilla” energy.
Use Burrito Mode before bed, on rest days, after heavy sessions or any time your brain says “I can’t” but your body could really use a little kindness. Breathe slowly, let your shoulders sink, and use the holds to check in with how everything feels without judging it. The poses gently massage your spine and hips, support digestion, and help your nervous system downshift. If you occasionally think “I could fall asleep right here,” that means it’s working.
