DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
You don't have to be an Olympian god to do the Zeus workout but by the time it's over you will definitely feel a little like one. This is a full body strength workout at Level IV which means beginners shouldn't do it. To get the most out of it go full form: deep in your lunges, deliberate in your punches and utilize your whole body in each technique. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
