30 Days of Change is a month of doing something different every single day. One day you are lunging and squatting, the next you are holding a plank against a clock, the next you are shadowboxing or bouncing through a hundred jumping jacks, and the day after that you are out walking and stretching. It uses no equipment at all, it mixes cardio, strength, abs, endurance and stretching into one plan, and it never gives your body the same routine twice in a row - which is exactly why it changes things. Whether you want a fresh start, a reset after a break, or simply a month where you never have to decide what to do, the card for today already knows.
Most days come in two parts. The first is cardio: a quick count of butt kicks or march steps on the spot, half an hour of walking, jogging, biking, swimming or rowing spread across the day in whatever pieces fit, or a few rounds of shadowboxing. The second is a short circuit of bodyweight exercises with a level to choose, so the same card works for you on a strong day and a tired one. Some days are nothing but holds, some are nothing but stretches, and every day tells you exactly what to do and how to do it. Do the two parts together or split them between morning and evening - the program does not mind.
By the end of the month the cardio counts have climbed, the holds have grown from a handful of seconds to minutes, and the punches, planks, jacks and lunges that felt new in the first week feel like yours. That is what change looks like from the inside: not one dramatic day, but thirty ordinary ones stacked together until the habit is the easy part. Start with Day 1 and let the cards carry you the rest of the way.
