Fireheart is a martial arts based fitness program with focus on muscle tone, streamline and ab definition. It includes basic combat moves so anyone can do it. This type of freedom of movement training gives you a total body workout every time since every session requires it all: endurance, speed, balance and coordination, core, tendon, upper body and lower body strength.
