Using dumbbells, sandbag-style drills, and an optional bars add-on, Military Fit Plus pushes simple movement patterns into tougher territory. Lunges, renegade rows, swings, deadlifts, squats, drags, holds, jumps, push-ups, and running intervals are combined to build total-body strength, explosive output, grip, stability, and stamina.
